Questions - before we start on the job
1. Can customers purchase paint and only get estimate for labor?
- Of course! You may always purchase paint if you decide to do so! Just let us know and we will only charge for labor and materials.

2. How long should we expect to receive an estimate from you?
- Please allow 2-4 business days for us to email your estimate to you. Typically, it takes less than 4 days to receive, but depends on the high-volume of requests that we get.

3. Can I still get an estimate if I am not available to meet you in person?
- Yes, you still can! I would only need the following information from you: e.g measurements of rooms, pictures, videos, links (any information that is relevant will help us get you an estimate faster!)​

4. Is there a cost to receive a paint estimate?
- No, paint estimates are always free. ​

1. Is the owner or the supervisor always present at all times during the paint job? Or do you have sub contractors that do the job?
- Yes, both are always on the jobsite. They will communicate with you at all times if one or the other has to step out for a while.
2. Once you are working on the paint job, do you move heavy furniture or shall we do it beforehand?
- Yes, we can move away heavy furniture for you. We will return it back to its original spot once we are finished with the project.
3. Can I choose any paint brand for my project?
- Yes, you may choose any paint brand. We work with a wide range of paint products (e.g Sherwin Williams, Bejamin Moore. Farrow & Ball, Valspar...) Although, there may be a slight price increase when doing so, but we will discuss this with you before making any change.
4. What if you already began the project but I then decide to change paint colors midway?
You can always change paint color(s) if you are not loving the new color. Just let us know!
5. Can our pets be around when you are working at our house?
We would appreciate it if you can please crate your pets when we are working, just to keep them safe around us when we are working with chemicals. We do not want them to get hurt.
