The 8 Steps We Follow
1) Get you on our schedule for a free
and customized paint estimate!
We will happily help you with getting you scheduled for
an onsite paint estimate.
You may either call, send us an email or request an estimate appointment online!
We accommodate our schedule to align with yours!
2) Meet & Greet "We are here for YOU!"
We are excited to meet with you at our our onsite paint estimate appointment!
We carefully listen to your needs and wants.
Please feel free to ask us any questions and/or concerns that you may have about your paint job.
MCP loves dogs/cats, we will be happy to meet them too! Our pets are our family and they deserve to be part of this big paint process, so feel free to introduce them to us!
3) Estimate is Provided
We prefer to do onsite appointments since it is sometimes easier to discuss topics in person, however; we understand that this approach may not always work out if you recently bought your new house and don't have the keys yet.
Therefore, we also provide the option give paint estimates based off (room measurements, photos and videos)
Please allow us at least 2-4 business days to have your paint estimate ready. Your estimate will be emailed, please send us a follow-up if you do not hear back from us within this timeframe.
Onsite appointments usually take around 15-20 minutes while we talk and take notes of what you would like to include in your custom estimate.
4) Customer Approves Paint Estimate
Let's schedule your project start date!
When customer approves the paint estimate via written confirmation, our next step is to then get you scheduled so we can start on the paint project soon!
We will be closely working with you during this process, we want to give you the best experience possible!
A down payment is not required in most cases.
Don't worry, your spot is secured! If need to cancel or reschedule the job, please let us know at least 3-5 days before the start date.
There are times when we may need to get you rescheduled due to bad weather, if that is the case - we will then contact you as soon as possible to get your job rescheduled.
5) Customer Selects Paint Colors
Now that we have your project start date scheduled, customers can choose paint colors for their project.
We know that choosing the right paint colors for your home/business can be overwhelming sometimes, therefore; we are here to help you in this new adventure. Please feel free to get in touch with us if you need paint advice/recommendations!
6) It's time! Your paint project begins now!
Communication is key!
We will always communicate with you during this process. It is important for us to answer all of your questions and leave you feeling confident while we are working at your home/business.
When we have reached a 40-50% progress on the job, a progress payment will be required to cover operational costs incurred on the job so far. The remaining balance will be paid towards the end when the project has been fully completed. (the customer will be notified)
7) Walk-Through Inspection
...Paint job has been completed!
Now that we are all finished, it is time for a final walkthrough inspection with the customer. If you see a spot that needs to be touched up, please let us know and we will correct it immediately.
If the client is not available for a walkthrough inspection with us at the end of the job, we can arrange other ways to have this done.
8) Final Step - Payment is Collected
If you made a progress payment, the remaining balance will be requested at this point. (please disregard this If you did not make a progress payment)
